Making Your Permanent Jewellery Last 💦
Your jewellery can undergo months of wear without needing to be cleaned! Maintenance depends on your lifestyle, activity level, job, and other external factors. To maintain the integrity of the jewellery, keep your chain out of high levels of chlorine, lotions, and perfumes as these may deteriorate the structure of the chain. When cleaning your clasp-less jewellery, we recommend you use a cleaning cloth, dish soap, and making sure it's completely dried after exposing to water.Our Re-Weld Policy 🥽
Although our pieces are durable, they aren't indestructible and should be treated how you'd normally treat fine jewellery. If your chain breaks AT THE WELD spot within 7 days, then we will re-weld at no charge*
After 7 days, we charge a $15 re-weld fee.
*You MUST bring your chain with you, otherwise you will need to purchase a new chainÂ
Our Linking Policy 🔗
All permanent jewellery sales are final once the chain has been cut. We don't recommend this process if you have a pacemaker or are allergic to or have a sensitivity to gold or sterling silver (Mollydooker Designs is not liable for any skin reactions). Minors must be accompanied by an adult. For private events, we require a minimum of 6 pieces of jewellery to be purchased in order for the host to receive their $100 deposit as credit for their purchase.
